Approval and testing of munitions
Compulsory for manufacturers since 1981
Only approved companies can manufacture and market munitions for smooth and scored firearms.
Once approved, a cartridge filler must renew the test procedures for each new product or every year.
The Proof House can also authorize the cartridge manufacturer laboratory and carries out in this case a three times per year inspection.
